You can ask Inbox to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@inbox-s.com from the address or WhatsApp number linked to your data, with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Tell us which account, business or phone number the request concerns.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt within [X] business days.
- We delete or anonymise your personal data within [30] days, unless we must keep it by law.
- We send you a confirmation once deletion is complete.
Messages held by businesses
- If a business using Inbox messaged you, that business controls those messages. We forward your request to them and help them fulfil it.
